They are produced using a combination of “dry” and “wet” composite foaming processes, resulting in a unique cross-linked network structure with excellent product performance. The series is particularly leading in terms of heat resistance and low resin absorption. Current products in the series include: Cvinyl F60, Cvinyl F80, Cvinyl F100, Cvinyl F130, Cvinyl F200, Cvinyl F250, and Cvinyl F300 and more. These products are widely used in wind power, aerospace, marine engineering, and special vehicle applications and and other fields.

Types Of Structural Foam Materials

The Cvinyl F high-temperature foam series is designed for high-temperature processing applications, capable of meeting customer requirements for use at 120°C and short-term resistance up to 150°C. This product received DNV GL certification in 2017.
