Cvinyl F High-Temperature PVC Structural Foam

The Cvinyl F high-temperature foam series is designed for high-temperature processing applications, capable of meeting customer requirements for use at 120°C and short-term resistance up to 150°C. This product received DNV GL certification in 2017.

Cvinyl F High-Temperature PVC Structural Foam

Features of Cvinyl F High-Temperature PVC Structural Foam

  • Outstanding Strength/Stiffness-to-Weight Ratio: High specific strength and modulus improve strength and rigidity while significantly reducing weight.

  • High Closed-Cell Ratio: Featuring a high closed-cell ratio and low resin absorption. Its fine and uniform cell structure reduces resin uptake in sandwich composites, resulting in lower weight and cost savings, while also enhancing safety and extending service life. The material further provides excellent sound insulation, thermal insulation, heat preservation, and moisture resistance.

  • Easy Bonding: Compatible with various resin systems such as epoxy, unsaturated polyester, and vinyl ester resins, delivering high bonding strength.

  • Processing Convenience: Easy to machine, enhancing design flexibility.

  • Fatigue Resistance: Its unique molecular structure provides excellent fatigue resistance, making it particularly suitable for sandwich composite structures subjected to dynamic loads. When used with fiber-reinforced materials, the service life of the sandwich structure can be several times longer than that of metal components.
